We accept returns on the condition that the candle will be returned to us in the original packaging and that it has not been lit. For wax melts returns are welcome if you hav e not taken used the item,

Once you have placed your order please allow up to 7 Days for your items to be shipped. Once shipped he times will vary depending on Australia post, most parcels should arrive in roughly 10 business days.
